
Plateaus. Anyone even attempting to lose weight knows: they blow. I am currently teaching 22 fitness classes a week, which most people would think that would elicit a steady decline in the pounds... so imagine my frustration when I haven't lost a single lb in 4 months! I am roughly 17lbs away from my own goal weight and at this point know my body has acclimated to the insane workouts i throw at it daily. So clearly, I have to change something up somewhere. Unfortunately that somewhere is my nutrition. It is sooo far from being on point, especially for someone in my line of business. I start personal training tomorrow (YAY!) and its a bit backwards for me to tell a client to eat healthy when i know on the long drive home im very likely to hit up J.I.T.B (as the regulars call it-HA!).
All thats standing between me and the abs i know are hiding under those last pounds are those amazing yet evil fries. I GOT THIS!
Sooo..we shall see.
